Don't absolutely love your item? Just contact us and we'll help you out. We accept returns within 30 days on all retail orders. Wholesale orders are non-returnable, except in the case where there is a defect or quality issue with the product, in which case we'll make it right and will either ship a replacement or issue a refund. Incorrectly shipped merchandise or items that have been damaged in transit must be reported by phone or e-mail within 5 days of receipt. All returned merchandise must be returned unopened, unused and in its original packaging. Please contact us before returning any items. Thank you!
